Mechanical Resource Group, an HVAC, hydronics, sales, and service organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate. The warehouse associate is responsible for managing 2 warehouses and keeping track of all inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide inside sales assistance with the MRG Aftermarket team to provide exceptional customer service to continue to expand our market share in Middle Tennessee.

• Track inventory and maintain organization in the warehouse.

• Ensure deliveries are tracked and accounted for.

• Delivery/Pickup of parts and equipment.

• Make sales orders, purchase orders, and quotations.

• Provide detailed documents indicating selected equipment.

• Responsible for preparing the correct equipment and parts for clients.

• Coordinate scheduling for new and existing projects.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Detail oriented

• Organizational Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask.
